About
Growing up in a small town, I began to love reading as a way to escape. I remember stealing the comics section of the newspaper and reading and reading each strip until my parents took it back. As I got older, I would spend a majority of my free time in the school library (yes, I was that kid). I would jump from the YA novels to what little comics and manga our library carried.
After high school, I started my pursuit towards a career in Illustration. I received my BFA from Cazenovia College in Visual Communications: Illustration/Animation, with a minor in English.
In 2021, during Covid-19, I decided to continue my education by pursuing my Master’s through Academy of Art University, in Illustration with a specialization in Comics/Graphic Novels. While it was more challenging than I originally thought, I found myself pushing my skills more and more than ever. I finished my studies in 2024, feeling immense pride.
I currently hope to publish my own series- to create something for everyone to enjoy. The world of comics is vast, and I hope to leave my mark.
All to say, I enjoy telling stories, and I look forward to helping you tell yours.
